Calling all teachers, summer school teachers, librarians, technology teachers and media specialists.... This project starts now or anytime soon and runs through the September. If you start it before the end of school, students might work on it for the summer. Ruth Shunick, one of our Board members and a middle school technology teacher, will be following the Olympic trials in Oregon and then flying to London to meet the Olympic stars there for inperson interviews. ---------------------------------------- The goal of this project is to enrich and extend the experiences of students while researching the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London. It includes the use of iCollaboratory Resources and Activities such as surveys and forums. Students write and publish a sports review then create original Olympic art. Be part of the biggest sporting event on the planet. 15,000 athletes. 7,000 officials. 1,000,000 pieces of sports equipment. So pack your suitcase, grab your ticket, and let's go!
